چکیده
The primary neural networks decision-making units are activation functions. Moreover, they evaluate the output of node; thus, essential for performance whole network. Hence, it is critical to choose most appropriate function in calculation. Acharya et al. (2018) suggest that numerous recipes have been formulated over years, though some them considered deprecated these days since unable operate properly under conditions. These functions a variety characteristics, which deemed successfully learning. Their monotonicity, individual derivatives, and finite their range characteristics (Bach 2017). This research paper will commonly used additive functions, such as swish, ReLU, Sigmoid, so forth. be followed by properties, own cons pros, particular formula application recommendations.

Bio-inspired Grammatical Inference
The field of Grammatical Inference was originally motivated by the problem of natural language acquisition. However, the formal models proposed within this field have left aside this linguistic motivation. In this paper, we propose to improve models and techniques used in Grammatical Inference by using ideas coming from linguistic studies. In that way, we try to give a new bio-inspiration to th...
متن کاملFrom bio-inspired vs. psycho-inspired to etho-inspired robots
Artificial intelligence has been roughly divided into two schools of thought since its beginnings, the symbolic (also known as GOFAI, neat, classical, etc.) and the subsymbolic one (connectionist, scruffy, etc.). These two approaches have also had strong influence on the robotics field. In this paper we want to present a less known one, based on Ethology, and its application to the generation o...
متن کاملBio-Inspired Grid Resource Management
The need for a dynamic and scalable expansion of the grid infrastructure and resources and other scalability issues in terms of execution efficiency and fault tolerance present centralized management techniques with numerous difficulties. In this chapter we present the case for biologically inspired grid resource management techniques that are decentralized and self organized in nature. To achi...
